High-spec rod that attacks the world's mid-shore at a high level [ INQLUDE ]

INQLUDE IS88-M9 MAGNUM BULLET

Length: 8' 8" / Lure weight: 15〜80g / Line: PE 1〜3

Astonishing castability to launch large lures up to 80g with the explosive force of a bullet.
The heavy versatile rod for a wide variety of targets around the world, with a different dimension of versatility that can cover everything from 10g to large big baits.

Recommended Reel Size: 2500 ~ 3000 class

  • 01
    Astonishing castability
This rod is named Magnum Bullet because it possesses explosive powers just like a bullet.
  • 02
    55g topwater stickbait
The topwater plug 55 g including hooks, which I think is the best weight for this rod.
  • 03
    55g easy lure control
Tis elastic rod makes it easy to make the walk-the-dog action in a steady rhythm.
It's easy to keep using throughout the day.
  • 04
    84g topwater stickbait
    The 84g topwater plug.
Usually, this is a perfect lure for the bigbait baitcaster rods, but surprisingly, this IS88-M9 can handle it too.
  • 05
    84g easy casting
The rod can cast out without any problems.
Not having to worry about backlash is a huge advantage of a spinning tackle.
  • 06
    84g walk the dog
It requires a little technique to control big baits with spinning, but try to set up a proper reel size and adjust the reeling speed to make it easier.
  • 07
    115g topwater stickbait
It is heavier than its recommended casting range but can be used up to this class.
(Lures above the specs cannot be fully cast.)
  • 08
The elastic blank for easy lure operation
Tap the tip when you want to make a splash on the surface with the lure.
  • 09
    115g good splash
It wasn't able to make a good splash with a conventional seabass rod.
  • 10
Even 16g jig head well casted
16g vibration jig head. The swing is much faster and the lure flies far enough. It's not possible to cast a 16g lure like this with a baitcaster rod, this is a big advantage of spinning tackles.
  • 11
High sensitibity by its high elasticity
You can see the rod is conveying the vibration of the lure to my hands.
By using the light lure like this, we can really see its sensitivity.
  • 12
21g minnows mainly used for seabass game
This is the most commonly sized minnow used for seabass fishing at 12 cm in length and weighing 20g.
  • 13
Long casting distance even with a regular sized minnow
Casting distance is good enough. You can consider around 20g lures are the standard for this rod.
Also the sensitivity is very well.
  • 14
    43g Minnow
It's 16 cm in length and weighs 43g.
The way this rod swings the best is around this lure weight.
It reminds me of casting a 20g lure with a regular seabass rod.
  • 15
    It conveys under water situations
I can feel the lure swimming through my rod.
It can also convey how the current is moving as well.
  • 16
Long castability for ectra 5 meters
When targeting seabass with big lures in big rivers, I sometimes wish that the lure will reach the reef.
I always wanted a rod like the IS88-M9 that can cast 5 to 6 m further.
  • 17
Super wide lure range widens your fishing style
There are many benefits of this rod, but casting is the biggest.
It's a perfect rod for people who want to use various lures such as vibration and big bait.

What is “Parabolic action”?

Using a combination of high-elastic carbon at the tip and medium-elastic carbon at the butt yields a unique action that bends from the butt, while maintaining strong power throughout the blank. The parabolic taper is an essential rod action with an eging rod, born of the concept of "cast with the butt, whip with the butt."
By bending the butt, energy is accumulated and transferred to the high elastic tip at once, producing powerful casting and whipping that cannot be experienced with a fast taper rod.

3 Advantages of “Parabolic action”

1. Casting: Distance and power "cast with the butt"
By casting out the egit with a fast bullet liner, it performs an overwhelming casting distance.

2. Jerking: Powerful action through "whip with the butt"
Powerful repulsive force produces sharp egi action.

3. Fight: Low losses from pulled hooks with "fight squid with the butt"
The flexible and powerful butt naturally lifts squid. It also increace catching ratio.

The opposite concept of rod weight reduction

To create a true parabolic action, a weighted “thick blank” is indispensable.
Rather than rod lightening, we developed this rod blank based on the concept of “a rod blank that really does the necessary work”.
This weight is the key to create a strong lower body of the blank and generate amazing power.
The parabolic action of the rod blank is completely different from that of a fast-tapered lightweight rod in the series of casting, whipping, and fighting.

The History of the ZENAQ Eging Rod

The first-generation range (released in 2001) offered "aggressive eging" as the forerunner of "day eging."
PE line, an indispensable item today, was not yet common then, and was seen as a line with high potential but very difficult to handle.
ZENAQ made PE line its main line for day eging through the novel idea of using an ultra small plastic guide for shore rods. In 2007, the first-generation RG guide system made its appearance and spurred a massive evolution in the eging game.
And in 2004, ZENAQ launched the unique "parabolic" action.
The superiority of this action in eging was initially understood by few, but the rod came to be praised by anglers who realized its capabilities on the field.
In 2024, that legendary parabolic action has evolved back to the field, sporting a new blank design and carbon material.
The guide setting utilizes the newly designed RG10 in the butt guide for outstanding castability and stability. The reel seat, the sole point of contact between angler and rod, adopts the originally designed Hexagon Reel Seat 15 to achieve handling not possible with previous rods.
We believe that the INQLUDE Squid eging rod, the culmination of 23 years of major evolution with its ultimate combination of parabolic action + RG guide system + Hexagon reel seat, will launch a new era of eging.

The timeless, all-round "eging" model

INQLUDE IS83-M3 SQUID SQUAD

Length: 8' 3" / Egi 2.5~3.5 Lure 6~24g / Line PE 0.4~1.5

This all-round model exemplifies the "parabolic action" essential to an eging rod.
A delicate yet powerful rod, it is ready for action year-round, tackling small to large squid, with squid jig ("egi") sizes from 2.5 to 3.5.

Recommended Reel Size: 2500 ~ 3000 class

A "power model" that enables aggressive eging

INQLUDE IS82-M4 SQUID IMPACT

Length: 8' 2" / Egi 3.0~4.0 Lure 10~28g / Line PE 0.6~2

This power model takes ZENAQ's unique parabolic action as its base and ramps up the torque even more.
Designed mainly for 3 to 4 egis, this is a power model for intermediate to advanced anglers seeking high-level eging, featuring powerful full casts with exceptional distance, bigger targets, and potent casts even in strong winds.

Recommended Reel Size: 2500 ~ 3000 class
